Kate Pieper, MA, LMFT

Kate Pieper is the founder of Brave Compassion Resiliency Group and brings over 30 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through trauma, grief, and life transitions. She is an EMDR Consultant with extensive experience in complex and family-based trauma.

In addition to her clinical work, Kate provides training and support to agencies and organizations, including Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services—bringing a grounded, compassionate approach to both clients and professionals.

Shaun Ranney, MA

Shaun Ranney brings both clinical training and real-world experience to his work with individuals navigating stress, trauma, and life transitions. He is trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and has experience supporting veterans and those impacted by high-stress professions.

Shaun is especially passionate about working with men, creating a space that is direct, grounded, and supportive. His approach allows clients to speak honestly, process their experiences, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
