About Brave Compassion Resiliency Group

At Brave Compassion Resiliency Group, we believe that the people who serve others deserve care that truly understands the world they live in.

First responders, military professionals, and those in high-stress roles carry experiences that are often difficult to explain—and even harder to process in spaces that don’t fully understand their culture. We saw that gap, and we built this practice to help meet it.

Brave Compassion Resiliency Group Trauma-Informed Care for Real Life

Who We Serve

We are dedicated to serving first responders, frontline workers, military professionals, and the spouses and families who stand beside them.

These roles come with unique pressures—both on and off the job. Our work is grounded in helping clients process trauma, manage stress, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity and resilience.

Our Approach

We are a trauma-informed practice committed to using evidence-based care that is both effective and practical for real life.

Our clinicians are trained in approaches such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Gottman Couples Therapy—modalities that support healing from trauma, strengthen relationships, and build lasting change.

Just as important as the training, however, is understanding. We value clinicians who are teachable, grounded, and committed to learning the culture of the populations we serve. Our team brings both clinical expertise and real-world awareness to the work.

Our Team

We are intentional about who we bring onto our team.

Our clinicians are selected not only for their training, but for their ability to connect, collaborate, and provide care with integrity. Many bring lived or professional experience working alongside first responders, military communities, or high-demand environments.

We believe that effective therapy happens when clients feel understood—not just clinically, but culturally.

Why This Work Matters

We have seen firsthand the impact that stress, trauma, and high-demand roles can have - not just on individuals, but on families and relationships.

We also know that healing is possible.

When people are given the right support by clinicians who understand both the work and the person behind it - real change can happen.

A Place to Begin

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step.

Our goal is to provide a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported from the very beginning—so you don’t have to carry it alone.
